Summary
The cider recipes are 100% pure juice, i.e. made with pressed fruit only, no added sugars, no concentrate and no coloring. Great importance is attached to the respect of the product and the know-how. All recipes are produced and bottled in our Limonaderie de Roissy in France in the Val d'Oise. The apples and pears used come from French orchards located mainly in Normandy and the Oise.

The Extra Brut: Alc. Vol. % - 6.5%. A robust and tannic taste balanced with a slight caramelized note, it is made from the blend of 7 varieties of organic cider apples. A light nose of apple.
The Rosé : Alc. Vol. % - 2.9%. A cider with a naturally grenadine red color thanks to a subtle blend of red-fleshed apples and sweet apples giving it a slightly sweet and tangy taste.
Le Poiré : Alc. Vol. % - 4.1%. Under its light dress hides a sparkling and refreshing recipe. Acidulous and slightly sweet.
