Description
These chocolate bars have been lovingly handcrafted. Roasted and worked in a specific way the exceptional cocoa that composes it reveals its unique notes.
Dominican Republic: Organic fruity cocoa with subtle notes of red fruits, plum & honey.
Madagascar : Frank notes of citrus fruits, yellow fruits with a light acidity characteristic of Madagascar.
Haiti : We were immediately seduced by its floral attack and its delicious citrus & caramel notes. Bronze medal at the International Chocolate Awards 2018 (European competition).
Peru: Beans with beautiful notes of red fruits (cherry, red berries) and hazelnuts. It is above all of great sweetness with a creamy side that gives it a nice length in the mouth.
Pink pepper: An explosion of flavors blending the acidic freshness with the raspberry notes of our chocolate with the fragrance and light spiciness of pink pepper.
Coffee: Chocolate 70% Guatemala Asochivite (90%) - Coffee from Ethiopia Heirloom Wallaga (10%). A play of textures mixing the crunchiness of coffee and the smoothness of chocolate, with fruity & floral notes. An immediate explosion of flavors in the mouth, letting the coffee and then the chocolate express themselves. A delight!
Cocoa Bean Splinters: We love this blend of crunchy, roasted cocoa with the floral & fruity side of Haitian chocolate.
Soba Cha: A collaboration with the house of Unami. Organic cocoa beans (68%) - Organic cane sugar (28%) Soba Cha (roasted buckwheat seeds) (4%) - Cocoa 68% minimum. 96% of the agricultural ingredients come from certified organic agriculture. It is a subtle marriage between the fruity sweetness of our 70% Peruvian chocolate and the crunchy with toasted and generous notes of Soba Cha.
