Hédène

Hédène, it is the will to give back its letters of nobility to the French honey by proposing a wide range of honeys of regional monofloral vintages with new colours, flavours and textures. 

At the origin of this adventure, there are two beekeepers in love with French honeys : Cyril Marx and Alexis Ratouis. Both come from a family of beekeepers, they have a common passion for this noble and natural product, with multiple flavours and a source of intense pleasure.

Acacia honey, carrot honey, mulberry honey, honey pastilles, there is something for everyone.

We also appreciate Hédène's approach to traceability and superior quality, which allows it to be appreciated by the greatest starred chefs and to be present in the most beautiful gourmet places in France and abroad.
