Racine Carrée elevates chocolate through a bean-to-bar approach, mastering every stage of production. The cocoa beans, selected in Peru by Matéo, the company’s founder, are handcrafted in the workshop in Saint-Jeannet.
Each bar reveals a strong, unique identity.
Different types of chocolate:
- Dark: Safran 62%, vin tuilé 85%, churo 62%, Alto Huayabamba 67%, plant-based
- Single Origin: San José de Sisa 72%
- Milk: puru puru 60%

- Dark: Saffron 62%: saffron grown in Saint-Jeannet by Erika and Jérôme Rasse. Notes of nougat, currants, spices and flowers
- 85% Tuilé Wine Dark Chocolate: tuilé wine from the Rasse vineyard in Saint-Jeannet, notes of walnut, Madeira and dried fruit
- 62% Churro Dark Chocolate: notes of nougat and vanilla
- Black Alto Huayabamba 67%: rare CYP-99 variety, notes of coconut, jasmine and milk
- Vegan Black: majambo replaces the milk, notes of fresh almonds
- San José de Sisa Raw Chocolate 72%: fruity, floral and honeyed notes
- Milk Chocolate 60%: notes of dried fruit
