Summary
This powder, made from the same chocolate as the bars, will allow you to enjoy a delicate hot chocolate with a great aromatic richness. It is made from 70% Dominican Republic or 70 Haiti chocolate which gives it roundness and smoothness. This powder has the same organoleptic qualities and the same constitution as our 70% bars.
NB: This is not "cocoa powder" but "chocolate powder", the artisanal chocolate crushed and reduced to powder. Cocoa powder is in fact a product obtained thanks to enormous presses which, by pressing the chocolate and heating it, separate the cocoa butter from the cocoa powder. These presses are not artisanal machines.

How to use :
To make a good hot chocolate, place 3 to 4 teaspoons of powder (20g to 25g) according to your taste in milk at 90° and stir vigorously to melt all the chocolate.
