Forge de Laguiole®
Summary
Forge de Laguiole® knives
Exceptional knives
The term Laguiole designates both an origin and a style of knife.
The style is that of an original peasant knife with its curved line, its fly and the guilloche pattern of its spring. Its international recognition has earned it many imitations throughout the world. A knife of the land, the authentic Laguiole is not only inspired by the Laguiole style, but it must be made in Laguiole and bear the name: Forge de Laguiole®. Each knife we offer here is made in the village factory in Aubrac.
